Wedding Stationery Delivery & Payment

Q. How much is Postage and Packaging?

A. Postage and Packaging costs are calculated on an individual basis and at the point of completion due to the weight and dimension of the box the stationery is sent in. We will always confirm with you the cost of the delivery before booking the courier for collection.

Q. How is my stationery delivered?

A. All stationery is sent out boxed, wrapped in bubble wrap and sent by our courier on a signed next working day delivery service. As all deliveries must be signed for we will always confirm with you beforehand the address you would like the stationery sent to.



Q. Can I personally collect my stationery?

A. Yes, to avoid delivery costs, it is possible for you to personally collect your wedding stationery at our offices.

Q. How long will it take for my stationery to be made?

A. Our normal lead times are 6-8 weeks from the point you approve your final wording and proofs (not from the date you place your order). We do offer additional services where the stationery can be completed sooner.

We also provide an Express Service however please note that this service is subject to an additional charge to your order and excludes Postage and Packaging Costs which is calculated once your order is complete.
